Aging Network

The Aging Network Division (AND)

oversees programs that provide supports and services to older adults across New Mexico, including food security, senior employment, the area agencies on aging, and capital outlay funding.

Aging Network

The aging network includes national, state, and local organizations that support community living options for older adults and people with disabilities. The Administration for Community Living (ACL) funds networks of organizations, to provide a range of programs to meet the specific needs in their local communities.

SCSEP is a work-based job training program for older Americans, authorized by the Older Americans Act.

Capital outlay appropriations are made to Aging and Long-Term Services Department, to fund senior center projects.
