External Affairs

External Affairs strengthens awareness, connection, and access to aging and long-term services for older adults, people with disabilities, caregivers, and families. We lead community outreach through events, educational resources, and partnerships that bring support directly to those who need it. Our social media, communication efforts, storytelling, brand initiatives, and work with media and press share real experiences, elevate community voices, and ensure public information is clear and accessible. Through educational campaigns and strong relationships, External Affairs helps create a more inclusive, informed, and supportive system of aging and long-term services.
