About Meals at Glorieta
Conference registration includes meals on Wednesday, September 23rd Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Thursday, September 24th Breakfast and Lunch
No meals are provided on Tuesday, September 22nd.
No boxed lunches. All meals with the exception of the dance will be served at the dining hall.
Scheduled Meals & Snacks
Sept 23:
- Breakfast – Biscuits & Gravy, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patties
- Lunch – Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, chips, coleslaw, and grapes
- Dinner – Barbecue Brisket, roasted potatoes, green beans, corn bread and brownies
Sept 24
- Breakfast – Cinnamon Rolls, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon
- Lunch – Beef tacos, refried beans, corn, chips and salsa (served at the dining hall)

Glorieta’s kitchens avoid using peanuts or tree nuts as primary ingredients. However, cross-contamination may occur as workspaces are shared. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
