Meals

Most meals at Glorieta will be served family style. In a family-style meal, dishes are placed in the center of each table and shared among attendees seated together. This style encourages conversation, connection, and a relaxed dining experience. Servers will bring large platters and bowls of food for everyone at the table to serve themselves. It’s a warm, communal way to enjoy a meal.
