This year’s Conference on Aging will be held at the scenic Glorieta Adventure Camps, a beautiful retreat center nestled in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, just outside Santa Fe. Surrounded by pine trees, mountain air, and peaceful natural landscapes, Glorieta offers the perfect backdrop for learning, connecting, and engaging indoors and out!

Getting There: Transportation Provided

  • To make travel easy and stress-free, complimentary shuttle transportation will be available for registered attendees traveling from various locations across Santa Fe. A full shuttle schedule and pickup map will be posted prior to the event.

  • Note: Due to limited parking at the venue, we highly encourage all attendees to use the provided shuttles. Senior center groups may coordinate their own transportation, and details will be shared with group leaders. 

What to Expect at the Venue 

Glorieta Adventure Camps is a sprawling outdoor venue with indoor meeting spaces, dining halls, open-air areas, and recreational grounds. Programming will take place both indoors and outdoors, so please plan accordingly. Expect to be walking between activities and buildings throughout the day.

  • A color-coded map of all conference areas will be available closer to the event to help you navigate the campus with ease. Look for signage and volunteers throughout the site to guide you to your sessions and activities. 
  • Need special assistance? We’re here to help. Accessibility support staff and carts will be stationed throughout the grounds during conference hours.
